Deposits
Reservations must be secured by a valid major credit card with a deposit in the amount
of the first night's room rate, including tax. This deposit is due at the time the
reservation is made.
Cancellations
Cancellations made within ten days of planned arrival will result in a charge
equivalent to one night's stay.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in time is from 4:00pm - 6:00pm daily.
Please contact the Innkeepers prior to your arrival should you need to check-in at an
alternative time. Proper identification (Drivers License or Passport) is required at
check-in.
Check out time is at 11:00am on the day of your departure.
100% Smoke Free Property
Colette's is a non-smoking property. Colette's strives to be an allergen free property for the enjoyment of all guests.
Pets
Colette's does not have the facilities to accommodate your pets. Colette's strives to be an allergen

Property Damage
Guests will be held responsible for property damages and special cleaning charges resulting from
negligence, carelessness or misuse of Colette's property. The credit card on file will be charged accordingly.
Privacy Policy
Colette's respects your right to privacy. Any information you give us is held with the utmost
care and security, and will not be used in a manner to which you have not consented. We will
not sell, rent or loan the identities or any other personal and identifiable information of
visitors to Colette's Bed & Breakfast.
