Non Profit Volunteer Group Opportunities
BolderBOULDER makes donations to non-profit groups in exchange for their help on race day. The only requirement is that each volunteer from your group fill out a volunteer form, and that your organization bring 10 or more volunteers to the event on race day. Last year, BolderBOULDER donated more than $40,000 to local non profit organizations including Girl Scouts, Young Life, and Optimist Clubs as well as to several church youth groups and high school organizations.
Most positions last for an average of 4 hours on race day and pay between $10 and $20 per person depending on the job. All volunteers receive a volunteer T-shirt as well as a ticket to the post-race Rockpile party at the Colorado Rockies game on June 11. Additional tickets will be available for purchase for other friends and family members.
Come be a part of one of Boulder's premier community events and make a little money for your group while you're at it. Be sure to act now - most group volunteer jobs fill immediately. Returning groups have first priority to come back to the same job. At the end of March, all remaining jobs will be opened up to new volunteer groups.
