As you run toward the finish line pick any open chute.

Don't stop at the finish line! There are hundreds (maybe thousands) of runners behind you. Continue to the end of the chute and give your finish tag to the race official. Please don't ask the finish line timers for your finish time. They are concentrating on accurately timing all finishers. Preliminary results will be posted here by 11pm race day.

Stay in order in the chutes and do not switch chutes! Switching chutes or passing other runners in the chutes will jeopardize your finish time and the finish time of many others. Your time is recorded as you cross the finish line, not when your tag is pulled at the end of the chute.

You did it! Find your fans! Remember, it's a big stadium so designate in advance a meeting place to find your children and friends. Selecting a section number is a good start, or set a time to meet at a specific booth at the RaceDayEXPO. The public address system in the stadium cannot be used for personal announcements or to help you find friends and family. The volunteers in the Missing Children Section are not responsible for helping adults find adults.

Massage..one of the best perks of finishing. Complimentary Sports Massage by exceptionally trained student therapists from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy is available to all race participants, from the professional runners to the "WG" walkers. In 2005, BCMT provided over 1500 massages at CU's Recreation Center. The gym is setup with over 100 massage tables and 141 well trained student therapists who are supervised by qualified BCMT instructors. BCMT has provided complimentary Sports Massage to race participants for the past 19 years.
