AFC has an established partnership with DC Public Schools and the Metropolitan Police Department in reducing juvenile delinquency and criminal behavior among youths in Washington, DC. Champions of Perpetual Success (COPS) services include: 1) assisting children in receiving support and guidance from a mentor; 2) improving academic performance of our children; 3) improving interpersonal relationships between the children and their peers, teachers, other adults, and family members; 4) reducing the dropout rate of children; and 5) reducing juvenile delinquency and involvement in gangs.
