The All Faith Consortium (AFC) has been selected to work with the
United States Department of Veterans Affairs and the VA Grant and Per Diem Office to establish a (43 to 90)-bed Transitional Housing Program for homeless veterans in the Washington, DC area. The plan combines three proven service delivery strategies: 1). Intensive case management with wrap-around supportive services; 2). Therapeutic community treatment milieu; and 3). Neuro-Associative Conditioning techniques. This program is one 34 in the nation and is anticipated to act as the model for all other programs of its type.
Having tremendous support from Federal grants and key sponsors, AFC has successfully aided thousands of homeless veterans in its Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program (HVRP).
The All Faith Consortium offers an employment-focused training through a continuum of supportive services in its Homeless Veterans' Reintegration Program (HVRP). We employ a "bridge program" model that develops the homeless vets skill set prerequisites for entry into and successful completion of a structured training program supported by an aggressive career services component and permanent housing placement strategy
