AFC was recently awarded a 3 Year contract with the District of Columbia Government to provide home visit counseling to 3,460 Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) helping to place Single Mothers back in compliance and good standings by the use of the science of success conditioning called Neuro-Associative Conditioning (NAC).

NAC offers three levels of responsibility for lasting change, basic elements of failure, and how to create quick and massive change. This model in combination with follow-up services and life skills training workshops is having a tremendous impact on the lives of these single mothers and their children.
